Crates and parts washer FORCHEM MP 150 2S

The FORCHEM MP 150 2S crate washer with two drying modules is designed for washing and drying of contaminated crates used in automotive plants. The high performance pressure pump and the large number of nozzles in the cleaning tunnel guarantee a high quality cleaning of the crates. This is coupled with a cleaning agent developed in conjunction with the equipment and also produced in-house - based on a recipe from Germany. The entire washing machine is made of stainless steel. The number of zones, the washing power and the dimensions of the cleaning tunnel can be adapted to the customer's needs. Easy handling, low maintenance, trouble-free operation and a long service life are the basis for satisfaction. The equipment includes a washing module in combination with a rinsing system with a sludge rinse. According to drying needs - we usually manufacture our equipment with 2 drying modules. As standard, electric heating coils ensure that the wash water and drying air are kept warm. However, to reduce energy consumption, we can connect heat pump systems to our equipment. PANASONIC devices are the solution. Our equipment includes a number of improvements that increase the efficiency of the machine - and thus the yield. The device is suitable for washing EURO crates with a footprint of 600x400, but it is also possible to wash smaller crates without reducing efficiency.  The washing speed is infinitely variable.
