Washing is carried out in a completely insulated chamber. The entire washing cycle is carried out fully automatically and therefore without any manual intervention by the plant operator. During the washing process, the cleaning solution penetrates all parts of the soiled object by means of specially positioned nozzles. The solution is fed from the tank by a stainless steel pump. The rotating basket rotates 360° to enhance the washing effect from all sides. In this type of machine, washing and drying are carried out in the same chamber. According to the desired process, all parameters can be controlled by PLC.
